Written reviews and Visual reviews of restaurants

As a written review, I analyzed a restaurant review written by Amol Raja. The reporter has never eaten at the restaurant, The Providores, and is reporting what the restaurant might be like from resources he got from the internet.

There is not much information about what the restaurant looks like or how the atmosphere is like, since the single picture of the restaurant is a picture of tables and chairs with no food, and nobody seated. But it mentions that the restaurant had a smart and quiet mood.

There is no picture of any dishes from the restaurant but the ingredients and how it might taste like are carefully described so this report may be helpful for choosing what to eat at The Providores.

The best menu is cream and butternut squash with parmesan and rosemary crouton, and star anise pulled pork. The worst menu is scallops with celeriac puree, funnel, apple and radish salad. This reporter says it's because the scallops are too fried and the taste is not worth it, which is 12.50 pounds.

The lunch menu is toward the upper end of what one might expect to pay in central London, so it seems to be a quite fancy restaurant, which is slightly expensive. it has a lot of Asian influences among the main dishes, and that might be the reason why. For example, inari and yuzu are used in the dishes.

As a visual review, I analyzed a restaurant review by Amy. The restaurant is the Be Our Guest restaurant at New Fantasyland at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. It is a kind of a commercial and the video shows a lot of what the surroundings, food and everything looks like, and I felt how the customers can be part of the Beauty and the Beast story.

The Be Our Guest restaurant is at the base of Beast's Castle. They offer great food fast during the day and table service dining at night. Both day and night menus are French inspired.

The reporter never ate the dishes she showed in the video, but I can tell that it won't taste bad. The video was only 3 and a half minutes long, but there was much more information in the video, compared to the written review. I found out that we rely a lot on visual information, and we can image things from what we saw.

The reporter also did not introduce about the price of the food served at the restaurant, but the concept of the Beauty and the Beast looks expensive, so I believe that it's pricy.
