Avocado Ice-cream Recipe

 

 Ingredients for avocado ice-cream

1. one avocado

2. 180ml of milk

3. 4tablespoons of sugar

4. lemon juice

step 1

cut the avocado in half and remove the seed

I w it wondered what it would taste like, because I have never tried avocado it with sugar before, but I liked it a lot! I can't compare any other flavor of ice-cream with avocado ice-cream because the taste is so unique, but it was like a whole different thing from what I've tasted before.
